Excel 2013 file attached. Novice needs help with Dates Issues.

1. Column D--Formula or Function to show Mary's age when she retires.
2. Column E--Formula or Function to show Marys Years in retirement.

A husband and wife are retiring at different. That is where I am having difficulty. I have them side by side in columns. I need to show her retiring later than her husband.

Excel 2013 file with two sheets. I'm a novice. Any help provided would be appreciated.
