I have a Bloomberg/Excel question that the BBG help desk have been unable to help me with.

And its driving me mad, so I have come looking for help.

So the helpdesk say it's not possible but I have it on reasonable authority that It can be done, so I think it is more of an excel problem than a bloomberg one.

I am basically attempting to create a trade blotter on excel that captures all trades done by the fund on that day. I am aware of the trade report functions that bloomberg has so am able to get sent reports at the end of each day in seperate excel files, but would like one excel file to automatically update (or through refreshing the workbook) cutting out the process of me having to update a workbook manually every day. I am also aware of the function on excel called "Import Trading Systems Data", which seems to be the closest thing to success I can find but only brings in all the funds trades and open positions and not just the ones implemented on that day. Ideally i'm looking at something in between the trade report and that.

Any help at all would be much appreciated before I pull all my hair out. I dont have much left please help.
