Extract YEARWEEK from Date

Dear all,

Please see attached Excel file.

In Column A I have Date…
And Column B and Yearweek( I have done manually).

Is there any way I can do Automatically (Column B)either using Formula or Macro?

FYI:
My Company Financial year Start in March.
Company First week always Start on Monday.
I have highlighted some Dates in Red in Excel file to understand what and how I want.
In Column C, I have done Formula but it's not perfect. (Any Suggestion?)
