Power Pivot is not running

Whenever I run this power pivot table it is always stuck in "updating table data".

The solution I found was to reboot the pc

Is there another way to overcome this problem?

It is a waste of time to reboot pc everytime I want to run power pivot

try pressing escape. check your data source to make sure it's not corrupted.

but if my data source was corrupted, it would not work after reboot

Also, if I press escape the data table linking is stopping which I do not want
