less than or equal to and string in data validation

I want to apply data validation to some cells. The validation rule is the data in those cells must be less than or equal to 10 or this text "ABS"
I tried using = OR(<=10,"ABS") in custom validation but it didnt work.
How do i go about this.
    Thanks in advance

You need to provide a cell reference. Custom DV, Formula:
    Formula: copy to clipboard

You could, for example, select many cells (including cell A1) and apply that formula. The cell reference will auto adjust.
