Multiple Rows and Columns to count +1s and -1s until 3

Hi All,

I have a unique issue with my spreadsheet. I have a table of numbers of +1s and -1s and a bunch of blanks. What I want to do is search through 3 columns and 30 rows until the +1s add up to 3 or -1s add up to -3. Once this happens, I want it to return a buy or sell signal text.

I want it to continue to search beyond that, starting over at zero and returning the next time it reaches +3 or -3 and so on.

Another tidbit is that as it is moving down the rows and columns, the plus' and minus' cancel each other out. In other words +1 and then a -1 would make it back to zero.



I have attached an example chart and have manually filled in where the 3s would be.
