Check unique relationship

Hello,

I have a workbook where I have to check the correspondence between "Name" and "Format".

If there is only one name count then nothing to be checked it all good.
If the name is more than once but "Format" is also the same then nothing to be checked.

The only time I want to return false its when the name is listed more than once and they have different formats.

I have something and I think its working but I think its a sloppy work though. Any advice on this?
