Require Excel to display a variable outcome based on List Box Data

    Hi,

Apologies for the somewhat vague title. I'm an absolute novice when it comes to Excel and I have been tasked with designing a spreadsheet to perform a particular task. I've searched around the net and watched a few instructional videos but I've been unable to find a particular process that handles everything I need the spreadsheet to do.

I don't have an example spreadsheet to provide as I am working through the preliminary stages but I've attached an annotated picture which hopefully describes the sort of thing I would want my spreadsheet to do.

    Proposed Excel Mock-Up.JPG

If you could provide any advice, or links to the sort of Formulas/Macros I might need to use that would be wonderful. I'm more than willing to do the leg-work myself as I will probably be asked to create more Spreadsheets like this in the future (if successful)

    Thanking you in advance.

Since you are new to Excel, I would avoid the radio buttons and list boxes. You could do it (look up grouping radio buttons in excel, determine which radio button was seleceted in excel), but I see your layout and I think something like this may be a good solution: http://www.excel-easy.com/examples/d...own-lists.html
This starts with an initial drop down list and then changes a second drop down based upon what the person selected in the first one. This can be chained to third or more drop downs and it shows you how to determine which selection was made and then to react (which is similar to using the radio button selection to change a displayed list).
