Post Conditional Format Entire Row, based on cell value and form control checkboxes

    Hi Guys,
I am a fairly seasoned excel user, however I am fairly stumped on this one.

I am trying to conditional format each individual row, based on a checkbox value (True or False) at the end of each row.

For the first row (row #2), I linked the checkbox to cell (o2)
o2 reads (True or False), depending whether the box is checked or not.
I selected the portion of the row that I would like to format ($A$2:$L$2)
Then went to CF, New Rule, Formula........and then entered (=o2)........then selected my format
This worked fine, however only the first cell is formatting (A2), the rest of the row is not.

    Any advice?

I am entering a customer list for quotes and follow-ups.
By selecting the check boxes at the end of each row: (Sold, Follow-up, Scratch) - I want the entire row to format in different ways.
Any advice if there is an easier way than I have went about it so far?
