    find and replace non-standard colors

Hello. How do you look for a non-standard color and replace it? I know how to do find and replace but if I don't know what color it is, it's hard to select haha.

It's related but not the same thing. The other request is asking for vba code to replace cell color based on color of cell above. This is just asking how to efficiently do a search and replace for colors when the color isn't one of the standard colors in the palette. For example if someone colored a row an off blue, it's not selected in the regular colors. How do I know which color to search for?
