Referencing back to cells for formula

I see that you are using full column references. This might be convenient but it is something that can eat up the computing resources.
I would change some of the references in your formula to mixed relative and absolute so that you can copy down and across. This formula has also limited the ranges instead of having whole column ranges.

I'm not familiar enough with your workbook to see how you would use this and unfortunately, I don't have the time to figure out how you can make use of this table.
