Ctrl+F (search), but only for complete word, not a word with the term in it.

How to do get excel to search using ctrl+f for a term, but only for that term only, not another word that contains that term.

For instance, I want to search for "Force", but get words like "Forced". Or "per" and get only the term "per" (as in "per your instructions"), but not "Person" or "Camper".

I read that ()] Limits the end, and [() limits the beginning, but I can't get that to work. Any help?

    Press Ctrl+F
    then Click on Options
then select Match entire cell contents
then click on Find All or Find Next

That would work if the term was the only term in the cell. However, I'm searching through sentences. As in the example above, "per" as in "as per your instructions" is not the only word in the cell. But searching for "per" turns up "per", "person", "camper", "peruse", etc.
