Pulling Data automatically to another sheet

Hi,

I have a data table which I would like automatically pulled to a different sheet.

The sheet “CreditMgm” contains the data. Every day there are 3 accounting entries (2 debits and 1 credit, the credit is the sum of the two debits).

What I would like is for this daily information to be pulled onto the sheet “Interim” into columns G, H and I only.

At the moment I have completed it for two days manually. Is there a formula I could use to assist? There should always be 3 entries for each day.

Would you be comfortable using VBA?

Ideally I would like it as formula if possible. Just in case it ever changes slightly and I need to tweek it - I understand formulas much better than VBA
