    numbers turn into something, can compute but cannot compare

    I copy data from one sheet and put it into another. Both are numbers, supposedly. But all of a sudden, one column turns into something that can compute but cannot be compared.
    In the attachment, column C and F look identical, and column F can compute (see column G), but when I used the "IF" function, all comparison turns into FALSE.

    What happened here??
