Rows to repeat at the top

Hi guys,
Got a small problem with printing, my "rows to repeat at the top" command is inactive. I can't make it active. What's up with that? what have I done?

How did you try it?
'File - print - print setup' won't work

Try it this way:
ALT P - ALT I

Rows to repeat at the top
