Need to Move data from Rows 8,10,11 and 13 to row 8 and repeat for rows below

Hi Please see sample attached, I have shaded the two samples, I will have 1000's of records to be corrected this way.

I would like a macro to move them into one row of data.

I am using excel 2003, and Windows XP.

The result needs to be one line of data with the patients name, date of exam, location etc. the only way of running this report is to export it from the hospital system as wordpad and then paste into excel which splits this into several rows and columns. I have to run this report to provide all patients done in the year.
So on the one row I need the patients name, mrn and location
