I suspect my Excel is malfunctioning. When I right click on any slicer, it does not show the other Pivot Table Connections so I can link them. Can anyone link so both table work at once? All data is from same table.

you have some data connection issue with how the pivot table is setup
i dont know how your database is meant to be setup but i have fixed your example to have both slicers working for both tables at once

Quick question. How did you do it? Usually, it's right click on the slicer and the options appear. And, thank you. Positive rep left.
you need to go into slicer connection and select both pivot tables
see attached for more detailed explanation

That's what I'm doing but each slicer can only "see" the table it originated from.
This took you like 2 seconds to perform, right?
I have Office 365 / Excel 2013. I originally loaded the 32 bit version and then uninstalled that for the 64 bit version. I think I may have an unstable program as a result. Will test out later by installing to a "virgin" computer and see if I get better results. Thanks again.
for your sheet i had to delete and replace as your existing data as it was connected via external connection
i don't know how you setup your external connection and whats it relevance though
i don't think the different versions is the issue in this case

essentially the difference is speed orientated rather than the file structure
microsoft wouldnt make 32bit and 64 bit incompatible
External connection? No idea how it got there. I downloaded the info from the Census website American Fact Finder so perhaps that was it. No idea though. Spent way too long trying to figure it out today.
I just used your corrected excel for the another County. Just copied the data in, refreshed and it worked like a charm. You da man.
no idea, here is screenshot from your original file

PivotTable4 was your slicer which had the error
anyway if it happens again you know how to fix it i guess
Cheers thanks for the rep
