Chart Switching

Hi.. I have searched through the first 5 pages of Google to solve my issue but to know avail.
I am creating a KPI front page in Excel.

My issue is really simple, I have two tabs Tab1=Chart Tab2=Data

The Data page also house my charts.

On the chart screen I just want a drop down that will change the chart by chart name i.e. chart 6

The problem i have is that these charts change every few weeks and so I've found many methods that involve creating a range that the chart spans across then having this range pulled through to the chart screen, this got really messy when i inserted a row for new data and also found it very hard to stay on top of as when new data was added the table had to be updated then the chart then the range and then had to ensure that chart showed on the chart screen, (there is 80 charts so this could take a while)
Ive tried using radio buttons but i found if one chart got removed mid in the middle of a list of say 50 that when i added a new one the series went out of whack because one was deleted say 30 and then a new one was added at the end the new id after chart 50 would be 30? haven't found a way to assign an id to a radio button or change the sequencing.

All I want is something rally simple that If I have 5 charts to begin with say work 1, work 2, work 3, work 4, work 5 that when i choose these from the drop down the it replaces with the correct one from the data tab.

Can i do this using only chart name?

Hi all.

I have tried this method this afternoon and ran into a few problems with it.

Ive attached a basic example of what im trying to do.

On the chart tab I want to select from one of the two available and it pull through the relevant chart.

What im struggling with is connecting the linked cell of the drop down with the actual chart.

The method previously wont work in the set up we have.

is there a way to link the drop down linked cell to a range that changes the chart.. i.e I select my data give it a name in the name range and then the chart switches to that data when the drop down is changed.?
