    Part Of The Prices
    help 2.PNG

As You Can See The 1st box you have the selection of what service to post via,
2nd is zone as some places cost more eg scotland costs £10 more then england
3rd is bag or parcel yet again price changes eg a small bag is £5 and a parcel is £8
4th delivery service eg next day, before 1pm, before 9am
5th size eg small parcel, letter, large letter,
6th class for royal mail eg 2nd class, 1st class, SD UK 1pm, 1st class SF
    7th profit (10%-100%)

is there any way i can make the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th and 7th all add up depending on whats selected?
    Many thanks!

    googled everything no look

Hi there... and welcome to the Excel Forum.

I think we really need a workbook, as we can't really see what's happening with a jpg. Make sure there is enough data to demonstrate your need. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary. Remember to remove ALL confidential information first!!!

    Re: Drop Down Menu Problem

I have to assume that the prices are different for all of the combinations and don't follow a simple formula (e.g. Zone B is always £10 more than Zone A, or Medium parcel is always 15% more than a small parcel). If that is the case, then my view is you either need a complex formula or a complex data table. A complex formula would be a bunch of IF or CHOOSE statements, probably with some INDEXes or VLOOKUPs to help find the correct value. A complex data table would be for you to generate every shipping combination in a single table. It would then be a fairly simple VLOOKUP to find the correct value. I would promote the complex data table, since, in the long run, it should be easier to update.
