'Back to Top' Shortcut No Longer Working The Same Way

Hello there,

All of the sudden, the 'back to top' keyboard shortcut isn't working anymore. I was previously pressing CTRL & the up arrow to accomplish this. Pressing these keys used to quickly bring me up to the top of the excel sheet. This was an easy way to go to the top of the sheet from the bottom or middle of the sheet, without having to waste time scrolling up with your mouse. But now, this isn't working. When I press these buttons now, it moves the highlighted cell to the header WITHOUT moving up the sheet. For example, I can be on row 5000 and when I now use this keyboard shortcut it moves the 'highlighted cell' to the top row, but the actual sheet does not shift up. I want to shift rows so that I can quickly go to the top of the sheet.

I know this is possible, as this was functioning previously. But something happened, maybe a setting was accidentally changed. How would you fix this?
