Populate data according to interval

Hi there,

Good day!

I have a set of data which look something like this:

Interval
No. >=Start <=Stop
1 10 20
2 10 30
3 40 50
4 20 30

Is it possible to populate the data according to each respective intervals? I would like to get the total no. (counting, not the sum) for each interval.
For example, 2 for the intervals of 20-30, 3 for the intervals of 20-30.

I used countifs, but it gave me 1-1-1-1-1... it doesn't give me the total....

I attached a sample showing my intended result.
Not sure if it can be done without using VBA.

Thank you for your prompt reply.
I never thought the solution was so easy.

Previously I use >= on G2 and < on cell H2.... no wonder I can't get the answer
