Massive and Sluggish Excel File

Good morning guys,

I have an excel file that is running a few macros (which your forum has been helping me set up). However, something in the file attached to this post is making the filesize massive (5.8mb) and therefore the whole thing run very sluggishly.

I have narrowed the problem down to being on the "Motors" sheet (By making a copy and then deleting the sheets one at a time) but I can't see what is causing the massive file size so I was wondering if someone on here with more experience than me could take a look and see what they think?

Renew 'Motors' Sheet.

1. Add New Sheet
2. Copy your VBA code to new Sheet
3. Copy row 1 to 200 to new sheet
4. delete Motors Sheet
5. Remake Range called 'cableprotection' in range ("AK5:AK6")
6. styling your table like before.
7. Finish, the file size decrease to 196 kb.

I've upload your file and it has changed.
