    Question hidding cells in one sheet that have value of 0 that are visable on another

    Hi All,
    i have a workbook with 2 tab 1st is costing and 2nd is quote can some one tell me or send me an answer please as i dont know how to write macro's on to how to hide cells that have a zero value in the costing sheet so as it wont show in the quote sheet

    visable
    costing A21 thru to F26 plus A30 thru to F49

    hidden when value is 0 or the cell is empty but if there is a value it needs to be visable
    quote A28 thru to G47

    can someone please help

    Assuming the cells in 'Quote' are being populated through a formula, you can just amend the formula slightly - i.e.:

    =A5+B12

    becomes

    =if(A5+B12=0,"",A5+B12)

    Or just =A5+B12

    and make the celformat 0;-0;
