Conditional Formatting to Check Adjacent Values in Cells

I've an excel sheet containing 3 sheets (Sheet1, Sheet2 and Sheet3) and would want to compare Sheet1 with Sheet2 and Sheet1 with Sheet3. There are 17 columns of data in each sheet with the primary key column being the first column in each sheet.

I want to do a column-wise comparison of the sheets (based on the primary key column) to check whether the same data is present in all columns in all sheets.

Is there any way to code a conditional formatting formula that will highlight non-matching columns ?
