Create a drop down box with options, and then multiple check boxes under each option

I am doing this for data entry purposes. I need to create something where a cell has a drop down box with options like (A,B,C), and then when I get to option A, I have the options to choose from (d,e,f), under option B, I also can choose from (d,e,f)

To where when I click, the cell looks something like:
    A-d, B-d, B-e, C-f

    If I clicked on d for A, d for B, e for B, and f for C.

Anyone know how to do this? I hope I'm explaining well.

I don't know what you are really wanting to do with this but this is what I got out of your explanation. You mention check boxes but I don't know where or how you want to use them.

Yes, dependent drop down lists are exactly what I'm looking for. I just wanted to make sure that I could also select multiple. Not sure if I'll need VBA

Attach a sample workbook. Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.

    Remember to desensitize the data.
