Create drop down list or check boxes that pull range of data associated w/ selected value

    Hi Everyone,

I have a sheet with data that is associated with a month or season. I need to create a drop down list or check boxes on another sheet that will allow me to select the data associated with the month or season that is chosen.

For instance, on Sheet1, I have Summer-12 as the label in cell A1, and the data associated with it in cell A3:AH15. Winter-12 is in cell A18 and the data associated with it is in B20:31.

This goes on for 3 years of data.

I need a drop down list or check boxes on sheet2 where I can select one or multiple seasons and then the associated data for those seasons appear in order.

I have attached a partial sheet of what I need.

    Thanks!

    Adam

I belive this will work. I usually need to use helper columns (and rows in this case), so there may be a better way to do this. If you add more data you will need to extend the formulas. Also, when copy and pasting down the formulas you must copy and paste each group (ex. I selected columns 3:18 and pasted in columns 19:34.
the source of your dropdown list is in column AL of sheet 2. You will need to extend this table as well. The grey cells in sheet 2 are what you will manually change.
I hope this is what you were looking for, and I apologize if some of my formulas are not as efficient as they could be.
