Forward Months of Supply Inventory formula

Ok, I can't figure out how to do calculate a forward month of supply metric for a spreadsheet. It could also be the sheet itself isn't laid out well for it, but anyways, thought I would try some feedback.

It is a dumbed down version of a sheet that projects out inventory amounts, pulls in sales and production, etc. Any tips?! Thank you!

Thanks nigelbloomy. Yea, the sheet works good but I saw a forward months of supply calculation on another excel board but couldn't figure out how to make it work for this sheet. I'm projecting inventory which is nice, trying to find some ways to get more out of it.

OK, I thought I knew Excel but I have to put my head in shame. Copied this into the legit spreadsheet. Moved around where it was pulling data to the correct spots (I think). I put the correct data into the sheet you provided to make sure I got the same results. Nope, different results. The legit sheet has more rows, filled with other things that I didn't think were relevant (the sheet I provided was dummied down). Any ideas why I'm getting different results? The Demand row info is the same, Supply and Inventory are all the same numbers but in the legit sheet its giving a much lower amount.

The formula is way to advanced for me to grasp what could be going on.
