Rounding to 1 Decimal place and still equaling 100%

Okay so lets say in column A I have 43 different ticker symbols for stocks and in column B I have the total value of each stock and in column C I have the weight of each stock as a % of the total value (basically just taking the value for that stock divided by the summed value of all the stocks). If I need to round those % weights to 1 decimal is there a formula to do that and make sure that the rounded values still equal 100% without having to tweak it? Any help is much appreciated! I've attached an example as well.

Should be simple. Just highlight the column and in formatting click on Decrease Decimal 3 times until you get just one. Or do your formula like this: =ROUND(+B3/$B$42,3)
