Where did the amount in the cost column come from and how is it related to the ranges 1 and 2?

You added the wrong result in L7 (shoud be 38 instead of 37).

Columns I and J (cost) are on a separate sheet and I need to find the discount that would be given (yellow column), based on the entity and cost.
Your example was just 1 sheet.
Adjust the formula and it will work
well if you have data on other sheets that needs to be referenced, dont you think it would help if you included those sheets?
