I want to calculate the working years to employees as I have hiring date in a column and I want to calculate as today date. So how I can calculate the years of service for every employee.

=date.diff(a1,today())
to get a result is years and months.

=DATEDIF(A1,TODAY(),"y")
where A1 is hire date
