How to use countifs function for multiple criteria

Hi,

I have data in the range A1:C28, in which column A contains Dates, column B “Name”, column C “Revenue”. In column D I need to return the number of times revenue was collected by a person in a day. It can be calculate through Countifs formula but please suggest how I use it to get the result?
