Excel 2007 control + arrow not working

OK, first let me say its not scroll lock and its not F8, if that's all you've got then jog on.

So, Excel 2007, Control and up/down arrow works as expected, control and left/right arrow does nothing at all. This affects any workbook, even a newly created one, there is nothing wrong with my keyboard.

Suggestions welcome.

Is ths Windows or Mac>
Have you tried the same files on another machine?
Have you tried another KB on the PC that has a problem?
Do you have cells/worksheets protected?

Hi, its windows 7. I've tried it on newly created files and on files that come from another machine. Files from this machine work fine on other machines. I haven't tried another keyboard but then all the keys work fine so it doesn't seem necessary. Nothing is protected, as I said this affects even freshly created workbooks.

Edit: Just tried another keyboard, same result.

OK I have resolved it. as usual it was me being a dumbass.

I totally forgot I had AutoHotKey running, in which apparently I have set Control + left as previous in spotify and control + right as next. Turned of AutoHotKey and of course problem solved. I only worked it out when I accidentally overloaded AutoHotKey by massively upping my keyboard repeat rate.
