Removing duplicates Vs. only showing unique values

I use the Remove duplicates feature quite often, but in this case I want to remove all duplicate data leaving only unique data. See sample attached. I want to look at column C AND column F and remove all but the unique values that DON'T have duplicates. I have highlighted the rows in yellow I would expect to have remaining. I could handle it any number of ways - the duplicated cells don't need to be deleted - they could be highlighted or the unique cells could be highlighted. I just need some way of eliminating all the 'ins and outs' so I can research entries that don't have a corresponding duplicate entry. You will see that I created a formula in column F to try to facilite this process, but what I want to find is all the ID numbers that don't BOTH have a debit and a credit of the same amount.

Hi I have a list from which I would like to extract the unique names, type and the amount. Some names have been repeated but only those entries (name, type and amount) with the higher of the two amounts need to be extracted. I have attached the excel file with the current list and how it should look list.
