Assistance with calculating sick time accrual

Please assist me in calculating sick time accrual. One is based on 1 hour of sick time per 40 hours worked and another is based on 1 hour of sick time per 30 hours worked. I was attempting to do the math by hand when I found your forum and decided Excel would be the better route.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Alright, I need some help. Our company accrues bi-weekly 1.85 Sick and 1.54 Vacation. For employees that have been with the company 5 years plus accrue 3.08 vacation. Yearly sick is capped at 48 hours. Can you create a spreadsheet with a formula that can better help me track this?
