    Keep First Column from Scrolling

I want Column A not to scroll vertically. It has several summary statistics of the data in Column B, and I want these to remain visible as one scrolls down Column B. So, I want A1-~A20 to remain visible, while the user scrolls down the rest of the page. How can I do this?

If you mean you want rows 1-20 to remain visible at all times, select a cell 1row BELOW where you want them "fixed", click the View tab/windows/freeze panes

If you mean you want A1:A20 fixed, but B1:zz20 etc to be scroll-able, this is not (to my knowledge) possible, not even if you split the screen
