Makes and Models

I have a Database that I need to create with makes and models of cars. I have a drop down menu for the makes of cars. is there anyway i could get another drop down menu for the models of that make of car.

For example:
I select Audi from the drop down menu
The models will then update to all of the models for Audi

Any help is appreciated
