Our client is opening a protected Workbook then resaving but is having issues with window resizing and losing sight of tabs at bottom of workbook. What can we do on our end to prevent this from happening? Have protected Workbook and Sheets within Workbook as well as locked down window position and size when protecting workbook.
One thing that worked for me in the past when sharing a workbook was to install a printer driver that matched the printer that the other person had and saved the file with that printer selected when saving.
One thing that you have no control over is the monitor size and resolution setting on the other computer. This will affect what is being shown especially if the resolution of the other monitor is less than yours. In that case everything will appear larger and might not fit the screen. I have two monitors on one computer and if I drag the Excel window over to the other smaller monitor, some of the Excel window goes off screen until I resize the Excel window. The opposite is true when I drag the Excel window back into the large monitor with a larger resolution...everything is tiny and has to be enlarged.

Thank you for the input. What is odd about this issue is that we did 16 workbooks, identical other than different covers, and only two of them are problematic in this respect. I suspect it's end-user environment and/or preference settings but need to be sure. Just can't figure out why 14 of the workbooks are O.K. and two are not.
Inspect carefully the two problematic workbooks against one that works correctly to see that the options are set the same and that the printer driver is set the same. If all checks out, I would be fairly certain that the other person's computer setup is somehow causing this.
Thanks again! Had client open and unprotect workbook then set view to 100% and reprotect and resave and it seemed to resolve the issues.
