    formula navigation

I have two questions related to formula management

    1) When I'm creating a formula and taking a section from another tab, how can I go back to the original tab where the formula is being written, without have to click the tab itself?

    2) This formula i s in E3. =SUMIF(June!C:C,Sheet2!C3&"-"&Sheet2!B3,June!E:E)-SUMIF(June!C:C,Sheet2!C3&"-"&Sheet2!B3,June!F:F)
How can I move it to D3 without having any of the references move?
