drop down menu formula is not working in genrated new invoice sheet

Kindly sir i am using this formula (=OFFSET(PriceList!$D$5,MATCH($C15,CategoryFull,0),0,COUNTIF(CategoryFull,$C15),1) on template-retail invoice & template-Tax invoice but than i am click on the Create invoice from template button in manager sheet the new generated invoice sheet this formula was not working in F15 coulumn in template-retail invoice & template-Tax invoice
please resolve this problem sir i am send the attachments

Try =OFFSET(PriceList!$D$5,MATCH($C15,CategoryFull,0),COUNTIF(CategoryFull,$C15))

But I don't know what you are trying to achieve!
