    American to British Date

    Hi i column A i have two date and column B a have a formula to change the date format from American to British.

    Although i am having trouble with one of the formula, please can you help?

    Hi namluke,

    See the attached where I've taken the left and right sides of your date ranges and converted them to real dates, which are numbers since Jan 1, 1900. Then converted them to d/m/yyyy using the Format in a cell function. Then used two separate dates to rebuild what I think you want.

    I'm not sure I have what you want, exactly, but think some of my formulas will be the answer you are needing. See the attached.

    ALSO - you profile says you are using 2003 Excel but you gave an .xlsx file which shows you have a newer version. Could you change your profile to show what version of Excel you are really using as the answers will vary depending on the version you have.
