Is it possible to split a single cell within a single column into rows within that cell only? (I can hope, can't I? )

You can use <ALT><ENTER> and use 'wrap text' to get two words one below the other in one cell

Thanks! But I know how to get multiple items in one cell, separated by comas or line breaks. The problem with that is that I cannot sort on that column by choosing only some of the items in the cell. That's why I decided to have the insert row function expand the range (covering one record in the database) at the same time. That way I can sort by items in that column.
