Lightbulb I need an excel template to work out break times and lunch breaks for an office....help!

I have just taken over managing the daily schedule in my office and have been left with a very basic excel document that needs to be manually adjusted every day. Surely there is something simpler than this?

Ideally I would like to be able to copy a column from our main rota showing who is in for the day and then paste it into a new excel document which will then automatically work out break times and lunch periods.

We have up to 25 staff in daily on different shifts, and each needs to take a 36 minute lunch break approx halfway through their 8 hour shift. 2 ten minute breaks also have to be scheduled, one in the first half of the day and the second in the period after lunch.

It becomes more difficult because we cannot have too many staff on break and lunch at the same time, so for example, if I have 4 staff on a 7-3 shift their breaks and lunches would need to be staggered.

If anyone has any ideas or suggestions please help!
