Angry Linking dates in a work book to "Outlook Calendar"?

Hi is there a way I can link dates in cells to enter an appointment in outlook?

I.E. Column H has different dates in cells H1:H10 and I'd like to link those dates to create an appointment in Outlook; is this possible?

This is not a built-in capability, as far as I know. Creating the appointments could be done using VBA. But what do you mean by "link"? Do you mean simply use those dates to create appointments? Or do you actually need a link, like clicking on a cell and having it open the appointment in Outlook?
