I'm sorry but I'm having a hard time inserting a table.
I have a worksheet where column A1 has either M, S, or is blank.
Column A2 is filled with single digit numbers on every row.
I need a formula that says if there's nothing in cell A1 (A1 is blank), then delete the number in A2. OR at least something that says if A1 is blank then make A2 = 25000 (or some crazy number) so I can then find and replace the crazy number with a blank space.
Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

Hi, welcome to the forum
Formulas do not affect other cells, only the cell they reside in. They cannot "do" anything to other cells. If you need to change the contents of a cell, you could either use the suggested macro, or add a helper column that will ID your criteria. Then apply filters and filter on what you have ID'd
