Multiple Choice Mock Test With History

Hello Guys,

I am preparing for an exam which consists of objective type questions. I have a hard cover book which contains questions and answers also. The Structure of the book is like it consists of several chapters like 30 and each chapter then consists of multiple practice sets which consists of 50 questions each. Generally each chapter have 30 practice sets.

Currently I write my answers on a paper like I write heading Chapter 1, Practice Test 1 and then write my answers as 1. e, 2. d, 3. a, 4. b and so on later on I cross check my answers with those provided in the book and see my performance but the problem is I cannot keep a track of questions which I am marking wrong consistently. I wish to emulate this on a worksheet, I can feed correct answers for all chapters and practice sets on a worksheet and I need other worksheets where I can input my answers which will then show me the correct answers and incorrect answers when a practice set is completed not before like I input my answers in a column and when I complete all the 50 questions in the practice set it shows me which I answered correctly and which I answered incorrectly but I want to attempt this practice sets multiple times which historical answers in previous columns and correct answers cells as green and incorrect answers cells as red but this historical data to be provided in a new worksheet so that I can compare which questions I am doing incorrect constantly.

I can create separate or single worksheet for all the answers and a separate practice set wise/chapter wise/or a consolidated answer input sheet but the motive is to see which questions I have been answering incorrectly over time so that I devote attention to those particular questions.

I do not need to input questions just answers and compare them with correct answers.

Can someone please help with a template for this?
