Changing Table Data

Hi,

I have a large table of data (see sample below) and I'm having trouble switching the variable dates below to show in a horizontal manner, with the type next to each. The data set is quite large so I don't think the transpose formula will work. Not sure if this needed a pivot table so thought I'd post here.

This is how its currently displayed:

Unique Number Fixed Date Type Variable Date
241731 18-Sep-15 A 18-Jul-13
241731 18-Sep-15 B 05-Aug-13
245720 27-Aug-15 A 17-Jul-14
245720 27-Aug-15 A 01-Aug-14
245720 27-Aug-15 B 19-Feb-15
245958 15-Jul-15 A 13-Aug-15
245958 15-Jul-15 A 01-Aug-14


And I need to display it like this:

Unique Number Fixed Date Variable Date 1 Type Variable Date 2 Type Variable Date 3 Type

245720 27-Aug-15 17-Jul-14 A 01-Aug-14 A 19-Feb-15 B

I've done this before and just spent a long time trying to recreate this, any help would be appreciated.

It can be done with formulas, or with built-in tools, but both ways are not that easy. So I'd go for macro to do that.

Assuming your data is in columns A:D simple one would be:
