Hi Everyone,
I've created an excel based Master Order form for my door . I would like to create a macro that will condense the order to everything needed for a packing slip so when customers driver's come to pick up their orders they will know what to get. I'm going to guess this macro would be triggered when the quantity button contains a value. I would like the main form to have a button at the bottom of the page that says "Print packing slip". I need to make this packing slip fit on one page and had the appropriate heading for each section. I have been trying to figure this out for 3 weeks now and really have no idea where to start. Does anybody have any suggestions?

The items I would like on the packing slip are as follows .
Header
Customer Information Section (all customers Info)
Front Color & Back Color
Body
All Information with Data in it categorized by section (I.E. Doors, Mullion, Fronts, Panel Over Panel, Accessories)
Doors
Quantity, Width, Height, Instructions, Grain Direction, Family, Profile, # panels and Square ft.
Front Section
Quantity, Width, Height, Instructions, Grain Direction, Family, Profile ,# Panels , Sq Ft
Mullion Section
Quantity, Width, Height, Instructions, Family, Profile, Grain Direction, # Panels, Mullion Style, Sq Ft
Panel Over Panel
Quantity, Width, Height, Instructions, Family, Profile, Grain Direction, # Panels, Sq Ft
Fluted Panel
Quantity, Width, Height, Instructions, Type, Grain Direction, Sq Ft
Accessories and Molding
Quantity, Face Color, Type, Accessory
