Time Sheet which works out number of hours worked unsocial

I need some help with a formula which will check to see if the start time and finished time is between 22:00 - 06:00. which is unsocial hours which is 20% more on the hourly rate.
Example start at 20:00 and finish at 08:00 the next day which will be 8 hours unsocial and 12 hours worked

Anyway it's easier to give usefull answer if dummy file to show the idea is attached, so please consider attaching a sample workbook. Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.

Remember to desensitize the data.
