Shared Workbooks - Color Quandry

First time in this forum.

So, I have a shared workbook (Excel 2010) that I have multiple users accessing on a network. I am running into problem where User 1 saves data with one of the preset colors in the styles, for example the preset green Good. The problem is that when User 2 views the saved changes, he sees the green as a lighter shade of green for some reason. Has anyone ever encountered this? All of my users are using v. 2010.

Is it possible to change this? Is this Excel's way of trying to distinguish between users?

Any help would be appreciated.

Incidentally, I'm an idiot! I decided to look at the original data that I was given, which ended up being Excel 2003 and I forgot to convert it so it explains the reason why the colors were off slightly.
