How to calcuate a SPIFF/Bonus payment with a specific base and dynamic range

I'm trying to work through some logic here. I am calculating Spiff's based on performance. I need it to autocalcuate. I've attached an Excel file with the ranges and an example of what the correct amount should be. Please let me know if you have any advice!

It's not clear what's driving your calculations. Why does 58.33% result in $333.30? Your instructions say anything above 56.55% results in $315.50. Please explain how your 3 examples are resulting in the calculations you provided.
